It all began back in 2005 with a core of 4 professional actors. Fizzgig and Grubb was formed and the main focus was Dinner Theatre. This ran successfully for over four years and our productions were seen in hotels throughout Scotland.

In 2008 I took over as Artistic Director. "Fizzgig and Grubb" became "Fizzgig" and we branched out into site-specific theatre, ghost walks, murder mysteries, storytelling and pantomimes.
The company now works with a bank of professional actors, directors, writers and musicians and we are all committed to producing work which is of the highest possible standard.

We bring long forgotten ghosts to life and enjoy terrifying people every Halloween. Our Fright Nights  in Mugdock Country Park and its magnificent Castle have been terrifying people for 9 years. We are in our 10th year of producing  sell-out Pantos for  Mugdock Theatre. Thousands of people have seen our hilarious family friendly shows. Our large selection of street acts will transform your Festival from mediocre to magnificent!
And now, as seen on STV Glasgow, thanks to 'Who Stole My Sausage?' and the sequel ‘Rhuari does Pets-Factor’ we can include dogs in our demographic!

In 2014 David Lee-Michael joined the company and he is now Co-Artistic Director. Our goal is to continue to provide entertainment of a high standard.

And in 2019, were joined by Tanley and in January along came Brodie!!

Company Mascots

Tanley is a 2 year old dog from Spain. He spent the first year of his life in captivity with his brother. We are happy to say they were rescued from that life and now both live happily in Glasgow.

Brodie is also a rescue from Spain. He is 4 years old and is the soppiest dog ever. We are happy to report both are showing theatrical tendencies!!
